3. Account Requirements

To access certain services, you may be required to:

• Provide accurate business and contact information

• Supply product details, SKUs, and shipping instructions

• Maintain active payment information

• Follow all operational guidelines provided by our team

You are responsible for ensuring the information you provide is accurate and up to date.

4. Inventory & Product Requirements

You agree that:

• All products sent to our facilities must be legal and compliant

• You will disclose any special handling, safety, or labeling requirements

• You retain ownership of all inventory stored at our locations

Packing Pros reserves the right to refuse, quarantine, or dispose of:

• Illegal or restricted items

• Damaged or unsafe products

• Products that pose health, regulatory, or facility risks

When possible, we will notify you before taking action.

5. Fulfillment & Shipping

We make every reasonable effort to process orders quickly and accurately. However:

• Shipping timelines may vary based on carrier performance

• Carrier delays, errors, or disruptions are outside our control

• Tracking information is provided as supplied by carriers

• High-volume periods may affect processing windows

Fulfillment speeds (including same-day or next-day) depend on account setup, order timing, and inventory readiness.

6. Fees & Billing

You agree to pay all fees associated with:

• Fulfillment

• Packaging

• Transportation

• Import/export support

Unpaid invoices may result in service suspension or inventory holds until resolved.

7. Communication & Notifications

By using our services, you consent to receive operational emails, alerts, and updates regarding fulfillment, inventory, and billing.

8. Data & Integrations

To provide services, we may integrate with platforms such as:
Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, WooCommerce, eBay, and others via Veeqo (Amazon-owned).

You are responsible for maintaining access to your integrated accounts.

We do not control third-party platforms and are not responsible for:

• Integration outages

• API changes

• Platform restrictions

• System errors outside our control

9. Import/Export & Documentation

For clients using import/export support:

• You are responsible for providing accurate documentation

• Customs decisions and delays are outside our control

• Regulatory requirements may change at any time

We assist with coordination but do not act as a customs broker or legal advisor.

10. US Business Formation Support

Packing Pros provides operational guidance only.

We do not provide:

• Legal advice

• Tax advice

• Financial advice

You are responsible for verifying requirements for forming or operating a US business.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent allowed by law, Packing Pros is not liable for:

• Lost profits

• Indirect or incidental damages

• Carrier delays or errors

• Incorrect or incomplete client-provided data

• Loss or damage caused by third-party service providers

• Losses resulting from regulatory or customs decisions

Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for services within the most recent 30-day period.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Packing Pros harmless from claims arising from:

• Your business operations

• Misuse of our services

• Violations of these Terms

• Inaccurate or incomplete information you provide

13. Termination

• Fees remain unpaid

• Provided information is inaccurate

• Products pose safety or compliance issues

• Terms are violated

You may terminate service at any time, subject to outstanding balances and retrieval of stored inventory.
